Sofia and Ann

Sofia Pernas was born in Morocco. She moved to California as a child. Her family lived mainly living in Orange County. She graduated in 2015 from University of California San Diego and got her first break acting. Pernas she had appeared in minor appearances on NCIS and Leverage before she was cast in the role of Marisa in The Young and the Restless, was a familiar face on the soap drama. In 2016, after leaving the soap she was offered a job as Catalina in Jane the Virgin. The model who speaks four languages, has appeared on The Brave as Hannah Rivera, The Green Ghost and Secret Society of Second Born Royals. From 2019 to 2020, she played Lexi Vaziri in Blood & Treasure. Us Weekly reported in May 2020 that Pernas was in a relationship with Justin Hartley from The Young and the Restless. This romance began after Chrishell Stause, the This Is Us actress split in November of 2018. Pernas Hartley as well as Pernas Hartley were secretly married in a ceremony that broke out in May 2021.
