Simone Biles
Simone Biles was an American gymnast born on the 14th of March 1997 in Columbus, Ohio. She is considered by many to be one of the most outstanding athletes. Biles was the very first female gymnast from America to ever win four gold medals at a single Games. in Rio de Janeiro, she also became the first woman to win successive World All-Around championships. Biles as well as their younger sibling Adria, who were adopted from Ronald Biles and Nellie Biles the grandparents of Spring Texas (in the Houston region) and grew up in the Houston area. Simone's interest in gymnastics began when she was just six years old after a visit with her day care group to Bannon Gymnastix. Simone remained in the hands of Aimee Borman's coaching from 2011. Biles earned a silver in vault in 2010 and a bronze at the Women's Junior Olympic National Championships. She then moved up to competitions at the elite level in the year 2011. She was the most dominant in her sport less than two year later. What set Biles out was her consistency her exuberant personality and the high degree of effort she put into her routines throughout the four events she competed in: vault uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercise.
